About me:
I am currently working on changing my life style including eating and activity habits. I am taking part in a Wellness Clinic that focuses on healthy weight loss. I live with my husband and our four year old beagle. While my husband is supportive of my weight loss goals, I have not been able to get him to change his habits.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet people who can help motivate me on bad days, benefit from the research and challenges I face, and share information with about the common challenges.
Diet:
Focus on 1400 cal/day with portion size control and balance in meals.
Exercise:
Because of medical issues I do water aerobics (which I love!)
