About me:
Hi every one let me just tell you a little bit about me. I'm 24 years old and I've been married for almost 2year (it's been great) I've always had a problem with my weight and now that I'm married I'm trying to watch what I eat cause they always tell me that once you're married you gain a lot more weight.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet people that can keep me motivated and share weight loss tips.
Diet:
I'm just trying to eat chicken ,  fish ,  and vegetables along with fruits.
Exercise:
I try to exercise 4 times a week for at least 45 mins (aerobics)
