About me:
ok so i've lost weight, i've gained it back, i've lost weight and i've gained it back. i'm sick and tired of it and i know i will always have to battle it. however i am yet again, am close to the highest weight i've ever reached. i'm in search of my motivation that i once had when i lost my first amount of significant weight last year. i need accountibility and some friends that know what i'm going through. |

Diet:
portion control of all food groups and eat to lose program |
Exercise:
30 minute cardio sessions 3-5 times a week , light weight training and pilates. |

If you are going to do the diet, adjust it as needed. And make sure that you are eating all day. Do not allow your body to get hungry, because once it does, you are going to want to eat anything. I didn't follow it word for word, if you want to say I am techinically still on it. I think it is just the confusion to the body of the different calorie intake each day. Take a multi-vitamin too. But good luck!!! I can't wait for the updates. Day 2 is a pain |
