About me:
im 32 years old 5-9 tall started this journey at a little over 220 pounds. i am a mom of two wonderful boys ages 14 and 6....
after my second child i focused on my children and not on me and didnt realize how i let myself go. one day my father in law gave me some pictures he took from my kids opening day baseball game and i saw myself and said thats it!!!!!
I stopped making excuses for myself and started to love myself enough to make a change. I know this is going to be a long process so would love to make supportive buddies along the way.
Diet:
1500 calories daily 7work out at gym 1.5 hrs about 3 or 4 xs a week strength training cardio & etc
Exercise:
cardio strength training weights kick boxing classes cycling classes water aerobics walking

Rochelle I checked out your picture and GIRL you have came a long way! You look great and I am glad that you have been hanging in there and sticking with it! I have been slipping up, nut I am trying to whittle my way back to my goal AGAIN!  Keep up the good work Rochelle!

Thank you for the advice...I agree with you...weighing in once a week will feel better and keep me motivated.  I did LA weightloss when i was like 22 and lost 40 lbs and I weighed in once or twice a week and it really did keep me motivated.  Unfortunately, I gained all that weight back in the past 6 years, but this time I'm doing this for life.  Yay!!  Thanks again.
