About me:
Hi my name's Helen and i'm a 28 year old mum, my little boy is just over a year old now and i'm desperate to get back in shape. Before I got pregnant I was a very happy size 12 (complete with curves!) now i'm a size 14/16 and far from happy. I've been with my fiancee for just over 3 years and bless him he doesn't think i've put on much weight and tells me he loves me as I am.....thats why I need some like minded buddies to help keep me going. |
Who I hope to meet:
I'd love to make some friends who are on the same quest as me to gat back to my former healthy happy self. I've tried all the diets and now I just need a few ideas for healthy eating and fitness for a busy mum. |
Diet:
NO MORE DIETING! 5 portions of fruit & veg a day and plenty of water...& a little of what I fancy!! |
Exercise:
getting out & about with my son and a mass of exercise dvd's! (on a good day) |

congrats on the engagement, just seen your blog, thanks for that. I was looking at Malta, jersey or Gretna Green aswell, i havent made any decisions yet, its so hard to decide theres loads of options isnt there. Think were looking at end of June 2009, cant wait to start dress shopping, ive already got me tiara, iknow how sad, but just coudnt resist. Congratulations again x |
