About me:
I am in my early 40's with a 4-yr old son. Diabetes runs in my family - my mid-section is my problem area (typical of diabetes body types). I know what I need to do - I just need to make it a priority in my life EVERY DAY. I also have no idea where Birch Island Maine is - but this program thinks I live there for some reason! |
Who I hope to meet:
I like reading success stories. I'm hoping to find people similar to me in age who are staying in shape. I also enjoy reading blogs and commenting - hopefully something I've learned might help somebody else. |
Diet:
low-fat , low-calorie , no white starch , low sugar. I was using Alli - and I may try that again. |
Exercise:
Walking , mini trampoline , treadmill , and some day bike riding when I buy a bike! |
