About me:
I am 28 years old and I live in central NJ. I'm looking forward to finally being healthy. I've struggled with food my entire life and finally feel strong enough to make some changes.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet some people who are on the same track we can provide support to each other!
Diet:
Vegetarian - small portion sizes no pasta no fast food no eating after 8:00 pm.
Exercise:
Cardio for 40 mins 6 days a week strength training 3 days a week.

I always read while on the treadmill or stationary bike and it's amazing how quickly it helps to pass the time. Keep up the hard work and great job on the pounds lost. Push yourself!
