I'm an Oregon native, a med student, and as I get really busy during the year I tend to just lose focus and sacrifice exercise for anything and everything else. So I'm looking for encouragement to find time. Thanks!!
Diet:
1400 calories/day - 1 pound loss per week goal. Using Lose It! iphone app to track it.
Exercise:
