About me:
I'm 25 years old and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am at an all time high now at 302 pounds. I just got out of a long term relationship and now I really have the time to focus on myself and get my weight under control. I am trying to lose the pounds by going the path of slow and steady weight loss. I have lost a lot of weight at one time only to turn around to gain it all back plus some.
Who I hope to meet:
Anyone to just talk with about the struggles of trying to lose weight. I am more than willing to give support to anyone else who needs it. Also anyone local who might want to workout together to keep each other motivated would be great.
Diet:
I dont diet I eat how my body seems to function best and thats low carb high protein moderate fat.
Exercise:
Curves 3 times a week and I move around all day at work I would like to take more walks.
