About me:
I am a busy bee. I love to always go go go.... unfortunatly I work in an office an sit on my butt all day long. I have found myself unhealthy and unhappy.
Hoping to gain some self confidence and a sexy attitude.

My life growing up was awesome. I was the tiny stick thin person that always got made fun of and told that I ate like a bird. Once I hit 13, it all changed and I was sick of it. For some reason I gained so much weight that I went to far the other way. Finally when I was about 20 I tried to get a handle on things and started the atkins diet. I saw such great results that I went a little over board.
Well now here I am 6 years later with all of the weight back on, plus some.

I need help.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet people that can show me how to use this website to its full potential. I want someone that can motivate me and give pointers, and eventually I can do the same.

Sounds like taking on this study at school was the best thing you could have done. I am so proud of your accomplishments and you have come so far. You must be so proud of yourself. Did you happen to take a before photo so maybe someday you can share a before and after? Keep up the hard work!

look at you girl!  Can I say that I'm proud or do only parents get that privilege?  Hmm, well anyway I'm proud of you girl keep it up.  I know you are dealing with some life triggers dont get discouraged if you happen to slip (and you may not even slip)  just keep your head up and move on from there.

Thats great! You want to increase your walking by one day or add some additional time to the days you do walk on.  And now you want to start focusing on monitoring your food.  Baby steps.  Have you tried the food journal on here or sparkspeople, I used www.everydayhealth.com?  Log in what you eat normally and then you'll know where you need modification.
