About me:
I am a 30 year old owrk outside of home momma to 3 kiddos ages 12, 9, and 6. As you can see my excuse of baby weight has well expired! I've yoyo dieted so much my closet contains sizes 7-20 but everything above my current size is getting donated this week as I refuse to go back again!! I have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 13 years. He's an awesome guy, I love him and he's good to me, but he is not the greatest at supporting my weightloss and fitness goals. He tells me Im just fine the way I am but I dont feel just fine.. I feel tired all the time, and simple daily life leaves me sore and cranky alot of days. Im not here just to lose weight this time Im here to put Christ back first in my life, and with His help to get my body to the healthiest state it can be in. I want this for all areas of my life to balance out! It's not about looks really, its about fitness levels, endurance, strength and being able to run and chase my grandkids in the future not just sit and call them to my lap! I have a busy chaotic life that often times gives me wonderful excuses not to exercise or to eat right, but not anymore! If I am going to continue keeping up with this busy life, Im gonna have to get in shape! Thats what I am here to do!
Who I hope to meet:
I want to meet people who are running the same race as me! I want to meet people who I can help encourage and who can encourage me thru this lifelong journey to a healthy life!
Diet:
I am following an aprox 1400 calorie diet. getting in as much whole foods as possible.
Exercise:
30 days shred beach body biking walking and some weight training
