About me:
22 yr old female, recently eganged. I work full time as a Medical Assistant @ Texas Children's Hospital here in Houston TX and I go to school part time working on my Baschelor's Degree in Nursing. No children but hopefully one day they will come. I'm a very friendly person, but no one ever see's that because I am so self consiouse of what people think about me, that I never make an effort to open up to anyone. I am praying that this soon will change. I started to blame my weight issues on my hypothyroidism but I have come to realize after 4 years of being on medication I can no longer use this as an excuse...so I am soooooo ready to get started, of course, with a little encouragment and friends!!!! |
Who I hope to meet:
I just want to meet anyone who is going through the same frustrations with weight loss as I am. I am tired of feeling sorry for myself and I'm tired of feeling pretty one day and then feeling guilty for eating that extra cracker for lunch..(Iv'e been taught, carbs are a NO NO???? I may be wrong) I want to meet someone who is down in the dumps one day and with my words of encourgement, their weight loss journey becomes easier and easier, vise versa. |
Diet:
Really the word DIET is no fun for me , eat healthier and watch my portions.... |
Exercise:
SOCCER SOCCER SOCCER...i play soccer every afternoon..I have an athletic build with excess meat..lol |
