About me:
I'm one of those people that have been over weight since childhood. I never thought much of it growing up but now with diabetes on the rise in my family and always being the fat friend, rising food costs, and just all around worry about my future health I have decided it's time for a life style change. I tend to be pretty lazy with my eating habbits and exercise. I have over 100lbs to lose and could definatly use the support. The people around me aren't exactly good motivators. |
