About me:
I am a busy 29 year old mother of 4 beautiful kids (2,4,7 & 8) living in west Michigan. I work from home, helping to manage the 2 small businesses that my husband owns. Exercise can be hard to fit in, but I want to try a little harder to make it a priority. I love to read, listen to music & (of course) spend time with my family.
Who I hope to meet:
Other busy moms who have the same struggles that I do.. who I can look to for support & can exchange ideas, advice & encouragement with..
Diet:
I've been eating like s*#t that's why I'm here - lol - but I want to try a raw food diet this time.
Exercise:
Not enough yet! But I LOVE aerobics at the YMCA gonna try for at least 4 classes a wk run at home.

Fit back into all of those cute jeans in my closet & feel good about my body again... I want to gain some willpower in my diet & consistency in my excercise routine - 13 lbs by May 1st!!! I also need to kick my sugar & Coffee habits because my energy level really sucks when I give in to them...
