I just read your last blog. Keep your head up lady. It's always easier said then done but as much as this is a lose weight website it's been an awesome support system for all around good health even emotional. I hope that you have worked through your problems with your boyfriend even if that meant kicking him to the crub. Just remember that working out sometimes helps reduce stress, so use that to your advantage. :-) |
