About me:
I have recently lost over 100 lbs on the Atkins Diet, but need to lose another 20 to 30 to meet my goal. Since the lose of my fiance in Iraq I am really having trouble staying on track. I really need to get this extra weight off for health reasons but am having problems getting motivated right now.
