I am recently turned forty and found the pounds starting to add on. I am married to a wonderful man and have been married for 15 years. I have four children 10,8,5 and 2 who keep me busy but they want to eat all of the time. My oldest two want to bake cookies every day! I need to figure out how to stop eating too much. |
