A challenge for YOU! To all our Commit to Get Fit members....
I challenge you to do: 10 pushups 10 lunges 10 squats 10 crunches and add 10 mins EXTRA to your cardio EVERYDAY... for the rest of this week!
I believe in you... I know you can do it! You can spread it out throughout the day if you need to, just do it! |

Finally the weekend is here... it's soo what i need right now. Just thought I'd drop by and wish you a great weekend since I usually am not online much on the weekends. I'll check in with you in the Commit to Get Fit forum as I can to see how your workouts are going. Yess.. workouts on the weekend too...lol, well at least some fun activites. Hope you've been staying active and will continue to... let's fill up those activity logs of ours!!

To Commit to Getting Fit!!
There are no real rules to our group.... just commit to 3 days or more of exercise and make sure to post them on your log. We all support eachother and encourage you to stay active.... plus, if I haven't heard from someone in a while... I hunt them down..lol |
