Hi i'm bellaballs! and I am trying to lose some weight. Wait, I really mean a ton of weight!

I am pretty outgoing and growchy. Hahaa
My man tells me I am a moodmcgee.
I have not had mc donalds fries or chicken from KFC since 3243425000 days ago. HELP!!!
Who I hope to meet:
i hope to meet someone in the same situation as mee, I think I could use all the support I can get.
Diet:
I am following the Canada recommended food guid.
It's pretty good
allows 1 100 cal snack a day! Wo
Exercise:
I try to walk more than 4 miles 3 times a week.

Hey Billamena,

Stay strong and plan as much as you can.  I had a ruff day yesterday because I didn't live by my "Not Planning for Success is only Planning for Failure" motto.  

Beef Patti for breakfast isn't the best choice, but it's better then pancakes with syrup and butter.  Let's try to plan out our meals each day and really look at what we're eating and figure out how we can improve.
