My healthy, low cost family recipes:
Basic Beef (Mince/Ground Beef) Sauce/Mixture for multiple dishes
Spaghetti Bolognese using Basic Mince/Ground Beef Recipe Recipe
Lasagne (aka Lasagna in US) using Basic Beef Mince/Ground Beef Mixture
Spicy Wraps or Tortillas using Basic Ground Beef/Mince
Cottage Pie using Basic Beef/Ground Beef/Mince
Chicken Wraps (can also substitute quorn, beef, lamb)
Tasty Lentil Dinner or Filling Lunch
Spicy Lentil and Carrot Soup - low cal, low fat
Tomato Fill-Me-Up – Bulk Multi-Purpose Recipe for main dish, side dish, snacks & soup (approx 60-100 cals per serving)
Ratatouille – 4 Servings – 105 cals per serving
Diet:
Healthy choices without processed food additives sugar. Will choose locally grown food when poss.
Exercise:
Sailing walking but definitely not doing enough regular exercise as I start with BuddySlim

Thank you so much for all the postcards and stuff! They really brightened up the day when I got them. :D

In case you didn't know, now I'm in remission and back home, which is, of course, wonderful. Be on the lookout for a letter in the mail; I'll be sending it out in the next week or so. I feel bad getting so many from you and not being able to write back until now!
