About me:
I'm back again, I reached my goal 8 months ago, I was down to a size 5 at 110lbs or less. I gained 15 of it back and now very disappointed. I was weighed in 10-26-07 at my doctors, 127lbs. I'm 5'8, very wide hips which my fat likes to cling too. I want to loose 25lbs and also I'd like to replace all my fat with muscle. I have like no muscle tone at all. I need some toning and definition, to look lean and be comfortable in my own skin. I started working out at the gym at my apartments February 27th and now I got every night every other day for at least 40 minutes. I'm also riding bikes around the Tempe Town Lake and Papago Park for an hour or two. I work out on the balance ball as well and do some palates. I've sworn off soda, so now I am only drinking apple juice, water or naked juice. I have trouble with eating too many starchy foods with lots of carbs, so lately I've been trying to stay away from those. (Recently, march the 20th went to the doctors they weighed me in at 144lbs.
