About me:
I am from and still live in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada. I have always struggled with my weight and I am looking to make lifetime changes to keep a healthy weight for good! When I exercise, I prefer the cardio machines. I love the elliptical machines at my gym and am trying to get back to full out running on the treadmill. I am proud to say that I finally reached my goal of being able to run (slow pace) for 18min. Now I have to increase the speed!
I love going for walks, hikes, camping and other outdoor activities however, I seem to have lost people to do this with, so one of my goals this year is to find other people who are interested in doing physical activities so that I can avoid going out to have drinks and a bite to eat all of the time. |
