About me:
I'm Lou, 20 and live in England.

When I was a kid I didn't have a weight problem until I went to high school. I was overweight for my entire time there but lost a couple of stone before I began college... but then I met my boyfriend... We have been together almost 4 years now and in that time I have put on about 5 stone (70lbs to those who work in lbs) and am now stuck at this size! I got wayyyy too comfortable and stopped taking care of myself like I should and it has left me with no self confidence

SO

I need to lose some weight!! I am worried about my health and I want to be happy so I need to do something. I am still here after a lonnnng time of trying cuz I know I can do it if I stick with it!
Who I hope to meet:
Anyone struggling with their weight so we can provide moral support to one another. So that's everyone on this site really :)
Diet:
Healthy Eating - 3 smaller portioned meals per day and no unhealthy snacks
Exercise:
Building up my activity levels right now - starting with four 20min sessions a week

Don't worry about the 5lbs that went back on, it went once and you can do it again, and MORE! :D

I sure do know where Stoke-on-Trent is, i live in Crewe,which isn't too far away really!

I have 8 stone to lose to get down to 8 and a half stone, but I am focusing on getting to 10 stone first as when I enter single figures it scares me!!!

ugh men really get in the way when your trying to lose weight, all those nights in with pizza and snacks... not as easy as it sounds to much on carrot sticks when he's sittin there eating buttered popcorn, pizza, pringles and chocolate lol..but i was getting to obsessed with healthy eating, wouldnt go to friends houses or because i wouldnt be able to make my own dinner!

So now im just going to focus on more important things in life like my education and other stuff. I'll eat healthy wherever possible which will be the majority of the time but if i cant i cant. still going to the spinning class on mondays and swimming with my boyfriend at the weekends!

Just as long as we're healthy and feel good about ourselves that's the most important thing:-)
