About me:
Bzy stay @ home mother of 3. I am a writer/blogger. I love to read, spend time with my beautiful family and am currently forming an unhealthy obsession about the ever increasing jiggly parts of my body.
Who I hope to meet:
I would find it simply grand to become re-acquainted with my old self. I was more energetic and confident, I wore nicer clothes and seemed to get more out of life. I really miss that ol' broad.
Diet:
I haven't committed to a specific program yet but I have started trying to make healthier choices.
Exercise:
Trying to get back nto the groove ,  fav's: treadmill ,  sauna & beginners pilates. Maybe h20 aerobics.
