About me:
I'm a 43 year old mom of 3 beautiful girls and wife. I recently quit smoking and have put on weight - I have no intentions of EVER smoking again! I used to work out and used to feel comfortable in my clothes but not so much anymore :( I am determined to get the weight off - if I can quit smoking I can do this too!
Who I hope to meet:
Someone in a similar situation - ex-smoker would be good, but not necessary - mid-aged mom who has "let herself go"....
Diet:
I haven't done anything since I quit smoking - just concentrated on my success.
Exercise:
On occassion I get on the elliptical in our bedroom - want to move the bowflex inside too!
