About me:
I'm a Married SAHM of 3 girls ages 3, 5, & 7. I run a bookkeeping business from home and Go to school part time. I have struggled with my weight my whole life due to a very low metabolic rate.
Who I hope to meet:
Other women who face some of the same challenges that I face who can encourage me through the tough times and celebrate the victories.
Diet:
Eating a VERY strict healthy diet is the only way to keep me from gaining weight :(
Exercise:
I use to be an avid cyclist but not so much post kids. I walk about 10-15 Km/day as per my pedometer
