About me:
I am a 37 year old stay at home mom of two. I am hoping to find the support I need to change my life. Also, I have loved bodybuilding my whole life. I have been out of it for years and would like to find that old physique again.
My highest weight was 276. I hope and pray I never see those numbers on the scale again with me on it! I'm a stress eater. The last few years have been hard. My husband had cancer, my mom was really sick with heart trouble (she had 7 heart attacks in 2 days) and my aunt is currently battling cancer. I know I'm not the one sick, but when I am worried, I snack. There has been a lot of snacking going on!!! |
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet great, supportive people who will help me stick with it when I most feel like quitting. At home I'm pretty much alone in this. My husband supports what I want to do, but after all these years I don't know if he believes I will succeed. As for dieting, he is along for the ride. I swore this time when I diet, everyone diets. I am not going to eat a diet tv dinner after cooking for everyone else, so I cook lean, healthful meals for all of us. My son doesn't know what hit him. :) He hasn't had much peanut butter since I started this thing and that is his favorite food. :) |

Weight Watchers , Body for Life even if you don't do this program , everyone should read the cookbook |
Exercise:
Curves -- and Body for Life are my goal , but frankly I haven't done much of anything lately. |
