Well I am a 38 year old mother of 2 and wife of the most wonderful man on this planet! I work at our local sheriff's dept as a 911 dispatcher and have done this for about 10 years. I am currently in college getting my degree in medical assisting.

You have lost 11 pounds!!!!!!!  So glad you are sticking with this.  I'm very impressed.  It is so hard but worth it!  And hey 11 pounds is equal to 44 sticks of butter, amazing to think about!  You are a SUPERSTAR!

Come on girl, you can do it! Nobody ever said it was going to be easy. You have to be willing to make that effort. For snacks try thew curves snacks. They are full of fiber and only 100 calories. I have been meaning to try the cereal. Always keep something like that in your purse. For 1 thing it is cheaper and also you know you have a choice.
