About me:
I hate filling out 'about me' sections. I never know what to say. Here's the basics, I'm 27 and fat. I decided a few months ago that as of January 1st, I would work towards walking 10,000 steps a day. I've generally always led a sedintary lifestyle, and that needs to change. I've always been overweight, and while I don't really expect to lose weight by doing this, if I do, I certainly won't say no to it! I definitely recommend getting (and wearing) a pedometer. Since I got mine, I find myself looking for ways to get that number higher and higher each day! Even if you don't have a goal in mind, it'll definitely get your mind on exactly how much you are doing in the day.

I usually tend to be sarcastic, don't take offense, or if you do, don't tell me, because I probably won't care. :D
Who I hope to meet:
Anyone with a sense of humor, and those who don't get discouraged by a few minor blips on your weight loss radar...it'll happen, just move on and try again! If you tried and did your best, there's nothing to worry about!
Exercise:
10000 steps a day

ahhh I see! that is a brilliant idea! it's great that you are doing it solely for health reasons rather than worrying about weight. Weight isn't even really an indicator of health anyway, some of the heaviest people are really healthy! I'm sure you will reach your goal and you are doing GREAT at the moment! well done hun! thanks a lot for your advice on the blog thing aswell, I will definitely take it to make sure I build up a good support network  x
