About me:
I'm 23 with a 2 yr old and a hubby. I LOVE to eat. It's my downfall. I try to keep up with my hubby and as a result I now am heavier than I've EVER been even more than when I was pregnant! I was so small when I met hubby and that is my goal, to be that small again.
Diet:
1300-1500 calories
3 meals 2 snacks
ABSOLUTELY NO eating after 7 pm
Exercise:
Core training tae bo running 3 days a week

I really hope you're sticking to your new years resolution...I didn't make on this year.  But baby steps is a good Idea!  Like instead of reaching for something like cookies reach for a peice of fruite instead...I think I'm ganna do that!  Thanks for that awesome idea.  Keep your head up.

I hope you're sticking to your commitment to yourself to eat better and exercise every day!  I know you can get those 20 lbs off by march and to tell you the truth if you really work at it I know you can do more!  Keep it up!
