Hey Jen!
You hottie!! Your absolutely georgous! I am happy to hear you are going for your weight loss a little more conventionally and comfortably. I have to admit although the other way may work I was a little worried about you. It just seems so inhumane... I did it by mainly watching what I eat as it is 80% of the battle. Cutting out eating out and just making mental notes of the calories of each food choice before putting it into your mouth really helps! You are doing great!!!
