About me:
i housewife, with two kids, one is 15yrs old and the other is 4yrs. I am at my heaviest right now and I am lookig for all the support I can get from everyone. I love to watch tv. I am a real couch potatoe. I was also diagnosis as bipolar last year. I am bare getting it under control. I have never stuck with a diet any longer than a week. I start diets with the mentally that I wil loose the weight in a day and when I don't I just say "FORGET IT"
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet people that can really modivate me. I need all the support I can find. I hope to meet people that will help me get up and move.

Would you be interested in joining a motivated weightloss group?  I am living proof that joining a group helps you lose more weight than doing it all by yourself.  I am a Rockstar.  You can find us on the forums under weightloss challenge.  Seriously, it really helps!!!!

Hey, how are you doing?  I bet it's even hotter there in El Centro than it is here!!!!  Sure makes trying to get some walking in really tricky huh!!!  I went yesterday at 1pm and about cooked myself.  I was glad I went, but I need to find a better time haha.  Hope things are well with you.

How are the things going with you, dear?  I haven't seen you in a while now, I hope you're not dropping the towel!!!   I have an update for you... I did it... I lost 9 lbs in just 1 month from May 20 to June 20!!  It wasn't so hard, it only takes some small changes and choose the right food, you can do it, hun!

How are the things going with you?  I hope everything is ok, I hope to see you here so soon too!  Don't give up!  You can do this, whatever your goal is... I'll be here for you when you need me, this month I'll be quite free from school so I'll have more time to be online. We can do this together!

I tried to post a comment on your blog the other day but it just didn't let me, I kept pressing the button but nothing, anyways =) I'm so glad so see you here and you're not giving up. 

I understand you completely about your husband... I get a bit upset when my fiancee doesn't know what is wrong with me.  But please remember to communicate, communication is very important our men need some help from us, some clues because they're kinda clueless with that kind of stuff, lol. They can't read minds, so they need our help.  Just give yourself some pampering, leave the kids with a nanny, go out like before you both married, mabe some romantic dinner at home or at a fancy restaurant then maybe go to watch a movie at home or the cinema.  Give yourself the time for a a nice chat with him, any time you have the chance.  Sometimes the smallest things make a very big difference in our love ones hearts

Hey Auntie, first of all thanks for the add!  I know exactly what you mean, at first socializing here can be a bit intimidating, but I'm sure that if you dare to be yourself and show how you're inside, all the good things you have to offer, how wonderful you're...you'll make so many friends not only here but everywhere you go.  Just be yourself always!  Don't be afraid to show who you really are.

I'm also at my heaviest... I weighted in yesterday at doctor's office, I hit the scary 200 lbs... I was 195 lbs 1 month ago, but it was my bad... I haven't followed my diet... because I have been a bit anxious about my fiancee legal problems in europe. But am planning to see a nutrition specialist next week... hopely. 

Just start little by little, don't feel discouraged if you don't stick 100% to your diet... I think the best diet is no diet... that means just learn to eat right. Some diets in particular are very expensive and in the long run people gain some weight back if not all, that's why you MUST  learn to eat right. Make this a life-long change, not only for looks but mostly for your health.

Include at least 8 glasses of water a day, eat at least 1 fruit before every meal... eat more veggs... eat more fish and increase your amount of fiber intake. You should concider to consult a nutrition specialist, too.  Some people eat several small meals a day, I preffer 3 meals a day but well balanced, I follow a diet very high in fiber. I also count my calories and write what I eat.

You should also try to find out what is causing your weight problem, mine is because I'm a compulssive eater, I eat when I'm stressed, anxious, sad, nervious, feel pressed, worried, etc.
