About me:
I'm 25 and looking to get in shape before I get any older lol.

I was the same weight as I am now 3 years ago then I lost about 20lbs and hit a plateau and gain it all back. Too many late night fast food and drinking at the bar adds up quick. I really want to accomplish a fit and healthy body before I hit 30.

My goals are to eat healthier, a body fat percentage of under 10% and a weight of 145-150.

I just started working out again after a 8 months of no exercise activity. I know, bad huh? I started on 4/6/09 and my body finally adapt to the soreness now. No more walking around like a zombie with my arms not moving lol. Now I can really get into my workouts and start blasting fat away!
Who I hope to meet:
I would like to meet anyone that want to accomplish a fitness goal in life. I am willing to try any fitness or weight loss challenge if anyone is up for it. It's all fun and game, plus you get a healthier body out of it. Lets cheer each other on!

I apologize for my absents the past few days, I have been over booked and neglected my buddy duty.
I saw this quote today from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and thought it fit pretty well:
It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come.
