About me:
I'm 23 years old, a recent college graduate from University of Northern Colorado with and Exercise Physiology degree (go figure)! I'm going to nursing school either this winter or next spring/summer, and when I do so I will be moving up to the Denver or Colorado Springs area to attend school!
I'm fun, outgoing and I love to be active (most of my problem comes from eating too much and not knowing when or how to stop myself!)
For fun I run, hang out with friends, workout at the gym, and work (yes, I love my job my's hospital's laboratory), and doing anything outdoors!
Who I hope to meet:
I would love to meet to friends and support people for my new goal of losing 50lbs before the start of my nursing program!
Diet:
Initally my target is ~1500kcals/day as my BMR is ~1800kcals/day
Exercise:
Workout at least 5x/week and run at least 10miles/week along with at least 5 days of weight training

run a 10k (I've already run a couple of 5k's), gain more energy, gain self-confidence (any would be great at this point), exercise at least 5x/week, prepare myself physically and mentally for the rigors of nursing school, lose approximatley 56lbs by nexy new year (January 2009), meet online friends and support buddies!

Hello Sara!

Your so sweet lol. I still cringe looking at those pictures lol.... But very motivating! If you ever need anything please let me know. Our goal weights are quite similar. I should for my height be 160 lbs or less but I am going to shoot for 180 for now lol. I started recently putting some "slack" in my usual routines which have helped get the weight off so far.. but last night a good friend of mine and I decided to go head to head by doing a competition which ends June 1st 2008, If I drop my "goal" amount by then (which is 30 lbs for me, 20 lbs for her) she has to take me shopping and buy me an outfit of my choice! and visa versa lol. This is perfect considering I will be so close to my goal weight if I drop another 30lbs plus get a new outfit, and competition is my (and her) greatest motivational tool.... lol. Well cant wait to watch you embark on your amazing journey, best of luck, we are all rooting for ya!
