About me:
I'm turning 21 in November and all I really want is to fit into a size 8 dress (US 4) for my birthday! I'm a fitness nut but I have trouble with my portions! I love to eat (and usually eat when I'm bored). I've recently had surgery on my foot as well, which means I have to avoid all high-impact activities.
Who I hope to meet:
Anyone. I love talking about the latest diets and I'm here to motivate people and be motivated!
Diet:
Trying not to exceed 1500 calories a day. Plenty of fruit and veggies. I'm a vegan!
Exercise:
6 days a week: A mix of cardio (spin class) and pilates +rower and circuit training.

LOOOOVE my apartment and my roommates are great, school work, not to much haha sooo freakin sore seriously i been workin hard! i make good choices as far as food most of the time , MOST sometimes it just looks sooo good!! haha well glad to hear u've surprised urself with healthy eating!

ahh sounds like ur doing so well, i had my first day of schooltoday, so glad the move in is done and over with and i been going to the gym everyday now, and reallllly sore hwich is good haha, i been eating ok, as good as i can living at school u know?

thanks girl, i'll try to take new pics soon, i been eating ok, just like at night i get REALLY hungry, dunno why...havn't been working out at all, its so hot i can't run and i'm just so tired from work, working at a cafe for 7 hours is a workout in itself haha but i think i will be in a good routine when i get back to school, person problems? that no good! i hope everything works out

its way to hot to run today i think i will just do sit ups and so on in my house, the dress is chita pattern, sweetheart neckline, strapless, with a cute waist and a pencil skirt, its soo tight and flashy that u need to be PERFECT in it cause it begs attention, so 5 more pounds and i can be all over it!

yeah today wasn't bad besides half a frappuccino i'm going for a run later tonight:)  bought succcchh i cute dress! little tight so i need to get rid of 5lbs before i can wear it, such a GREAT motivation lol, aw girl dont worry peanut butter isn't even all that bad just keep it in modiration:) and eat it earlier in the day

aww! that sounds not to good, what kind of foods have u been eating? i havn't excercised in few days but thats because i have been working alot which also means i have had time to eat! so the day before yesterday i ate little and healthy when i could but yesterday wasn't my best day, even though i only had one meal it was a burger, but i'm eating peach as we speak,lol so i hope that starts my da of well

oh wow girl! good luck on ur first day and i'm here for u 100%, i've been eating healthy and treating myself when i feel appropriate no pressure with the calories and working out and guess what? i feel fantastic! i'm lossing weight and hopefully will soon break the 130 so in 3 weeks when i go back to school i will REALLY feel accomplished

i been exercising all summer and trust me its a habit now cause i'll be sittin there thinking like wat can i do that is better with my time than something soo good for myself, i been running 5-7k EVERYDAY and i'm feeling like i'm soo used to it, and even though i'm proud of myself for getting good with my endurance i need to do more body sculpting things but i'm takin advantage of the park while im at home and at school i work at the gym so i'm sure i'll be gymming it eeryday, but not gonna lie i'm gonna NEED you when im at school cause i'm soo soo scared of falling off track there!
