About me:
I am a 20 yr old woman who loves traveling and has been to over 25 states and canada and mexico.Travelling is my passion and i want to go to paris,south africa on a mission trip,egypt,and anywhere else i can go.... I love reggae music and dancing is my passion . I am a poet and rapper. 2 yrs ago i seceeded in losing 50 lbs and after i achieved my goal i just stopped exercising and eating rights and gained it back DOUBLE...I am self employed at the moment and am trying to get my life in order and want to be slimmer and fit my June ATLEAST!i want to lose 50 lbs this summer!! I am VERY open minded and love people!!!! |

Hi friend! I eat a ton of things! I also have substitutes to help the transition from my old lifestyle to my new one. I try to get in a lot of plant-based stuff, i.e. onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, garbanzo/black beans, spinach, tomatoes, garlic, pecans, pine nuts, and pecans. Carb wise I eat rice, most pastas (whole wheat if I can get it), and most whole wheat breads. Thomas bagels are almost all vegan. I buy the mini cinnamon raisin ones. I spread my vegan butter on it- which by the way, tastes even better than butter- and it's delicious! I'm also a fan of homemade hummus, salsa, and black bean mix. I eat those with pita chips/bread or organic blue corn tortilla chips. My substitutes include veggie burgers: Amy's TEXAS burger is da bomb; smokey bar-b-que taste, soy cheese: beware, you need to find the right brand, and tofurkey which are mock deli meat slices. My tofu/tempeh intake is small because I hate tempeh and I'm too afraid to mess us cooking with tofu. Now that I've left a novel on your page :-D, is there anything else you'd care to know? I'm a food lover too so I'm always looking for new easy recipes to satisfy my hunger. |
