I am a 23 year old mom with a perfect little baby boy and grest hubbie. i been trying to lose weight all my life i been the fat girl . I mad up my mind to chang my life , my health , myself. This is the year i dont give up i am worth every pound i lose . I am a great person inside now i am ready to show outside to lol ,i am careing loving and fun. and cant wait to hear your progress to .
Who I hope to meet:

Diet:
staying under 1500 cals and eatting more fruits and veggies more waterand lean meats.
Exercise:
I started with 20 min now i am at 1hour on the treadmill i do light weightssit upsanythig to move

Crystal!!! Thanks girl, but wow look @ you.. Hot Mama.. haha!!! You look stunning.. love the new pics and that side by side is just WOW.  You could be in one of those informercial thingys.. you have me convinced : ) What types of exercises are you doing.. looking to try something other than the treadmill.. sometimes it bores me.

I am so glad you got to try them, I find them a bit fun to do. I did a sneak peek this morning and I'm down .6 so I should hit my one pound by Sunday!  Hope your week is just as rewarding.

Hey Crystal I was just talking to Yumika about finding motivation again and I suggested something to try at home for her.  So Im sending you the booster I sent her as well. 

here are links to the two workouts from the challenge i did.  Kena (my daughter) still tries to get me to do them everyday which is a good idea.  After my challenge I slacked off on them. 

Chi-gong workout  and You2 workout 
The chi-gong also spelled Qi-gong is a combination of yoga moves but easier. Its designed to shown to strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, and improve balance and posture.   When I first looked at it I was like this is going to be easy.  But I was sweating more than I expected and the next day I felt the burn. 

The You2 is a a strength-and-stretch workout.   It will strengthen your muscles make you stronger, leaner, and make you more flexible. 

I really think these helped me lose all the inches I lost.  My pounds aren't rapidly dropping but my inches are ridiculous!    I got my waistline down to 30" in a size 8 jeans from 39" in a size 12/14.  I still do these workouts every week, just not everyday like the challenge had me doing. 

Get that measuring tape out and try these and then remeasure at the end of the month and see if it helps you too.
