About me:
I've been struggling with my weight for as long as I can really remember, and the time has come for me to make a serious change in my lifestyle. Stress is my enemy, so I'm looking for different ways to beat it apart from stuffing chocolate cake into my mouth. Looking for a little support, and also willing to shoot support out there for others.
Diet:
No more than 1500 calories a day with a representation from all the food groups.
Exercise:
At least 30 minutes of cardio every day with an alternate-day schedule of weights and calisthenics.

Thanks!! Sorry to hear that your having landlord issues!! Sometimes they can be the worst!! But one day of diet setback isn't going to kill you...as long as you get back up and move forward with your diet!! Hope everything works out ok...and woohoo for exercise at work! (yea...not my favorite thing either....but i'm tryin to be positive for ya!! :))
