About me:
I am a 43 year old mom of 4. I have gone through some very difficult times in the last several years...a lot of changes. I want badly to feel good about myself - and to feel like myself - something I haven't in a very long time. I want to be healthy and to be around for my kids now and down the road.

Weight Watchers is what I tend to fall back on. Its worked for me in the past.

I hope your second job is working out for you.  Keep your head up and I hope that you have been able to start getting some workout in and that you are still dropping weight, even if it's slowly that is still progress towards your goal weight!
