About me:
I am a 43 year old mom of 4. Ive been separated for over 2 years from my husband (of 22 years at that time). I want badly to feel good about myself - and to feel like myself - something I haven't in a very long time. I want to be healthy and to be around for my kids now and down the road.

Weight Watchers is what I tend to fall back on. Its worked for me in the past.
