About me:
Single mom of two gurls ages 9yrs and 3 years old. I am trying to get in better shape. I was going to curves for 3 years which helped with my weight loss. But now im in a budget and cant afford to go back. When I got pregnant with my second baby I gained all the weight back and then still gained some more after!! Who I hope to meet:
People who are also into weight loss to offer eachother support and trade ideas.
Diet:
Smaller portions ,  low fat ,  low carbs ,  lots of veggies and fruit . No Foods with HFCS. No juice/soda
Exercise:
Walking on my treadmill for 30 min 5 days a week. Ten Minute Trainer one or two a day!

HI Rachelle!

I just read you blog about your mom.  I'm sorry for your loss hon.  I admire you for your strength and for staying so strong through it all.  I'm glad you and your family had a chance to spend remembering her.  My dad passed away 11 years ago this year and it still hurts.  I still miss him and cry for him.  It's hard letting go of our parents isn't it?
