About me:
I am recently engaged with 6 mths. to drop as much weight as I can and keep it off for my big day in a little over a year. I have a history of gaining weight and losing it. My highest weight =268lbs. and lowest=162lbs. I enjoy going to the gym, and probably will be one of those people that have to go to the gym. I love food, but more importantly. I love sugar. I'm a chocoholic at heart. I have succeeded in weight loss, but I have still a lot more to lose. I haven't had any real motivation in a about six months. I owe that lack of motivation to my oh so loving fiance. He loves me no matter what, and it is soooo much more comforting and fulfilling to eat with him than going to the gym!
Well...getting married is a huge motivation...so here I am.
I love being out doors and being active. I love to cook. I am not a vegetarian, but I don't eat a lot of meat.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet inspirational people who have or do struggle with her body weight, health, or body image. Losing weight is not an easy thing to do. I want to meet real people with real struggles, real obstacles, real courage, and real success.
Diet:
Vegetarian based. Calorie counting combined with Alli. Few allowances on special days to "indulge"
Exercise:
Hit the gym 4x-6x a week. Four days weight training alternating arms and legs. 500cal deficit.
