I just keep going. I do as much as I can. Ill do some cardio, then jump on some weights, cardio, weights, cardio again for as long as I can... I just go til I cant go anymore! Lol
My legs are paying for it today though =p
I think Im gonna jump in the sauna tonight at the gym! |

I dont even know how I do it... I just saw that girl and I was like... GRRR THAT SHOULD BE MEEEE!!!! Hahahaha...
I dont think youre crazy at all! I love working out and being at the gym. I guess I just like it cuz I know I can make it happen and I love seeing results!
I used to work out for about an hour a day when I wasnt doing it my way, and in 3 weeks, or 20 hours, I saw AWESOME results. So say I go 4 hours a day? Thats FIVE days for the SAME results!!! I just have to keep thinking things like that to make me so hyped to go all the time =]
