Challenge for this weekend....
I challenge you to workout Saturday and Sunday this weekend. It doesn't have to be a hardcore workout, just get out and do something active for at least 45 mins each day. I believe in you and know you can do it, no problem...right? LOL We'll all feel better starting the new week in a positive, active mode.

 So our week is coming to a close.... THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!

 NOVEMBER
Okay ladies.... it's a new month and another chance for us to conquer and win! Granted we all had our challenges in October when it came to sticking to our workouts. I saw some of you give up and leave the group, even some leave the site. But what was really impressive was the ones I saw that over came all thier challenges and still continue to fight for what they really want, to get fit and stay healthy. And let's not forget the weight lost this month! You inspire me!
Saturday is our first day. I know its so tempting to skip the weekend workout but..... let's not! It's the first day of a new month and I know that I want to put down that I started out really good. And so should you! So I hope you enjoyed your Halloween night, but be ready to get back to business Saturday. Get out there and shake those booties!

To all my Commit to Get Fit Buddies: Another challenge for you, a short one. This is the last week of October, our last week of our October Activity Log. Let's end this month with a huge bang!
I challenge you to:
*DO CARDIO EVERYDAY THIS WEEK FOR AT LEAST 45 MIN EACH DAY.
*DO 15 PUSHUPS EVERYDAY THIS WEEK
*DO 20 CRUNCHES EVERYDAY THIS WEEK
*DO 15 LUNGES & 15 SQUATS EVERYDAY THIS WEEK
(push ups/crunches/luges/squats are in addition to what you already have planned)
I know you can do this. We all can. I know this month has been much better for me than the last. Let's finish it up great and start November feeling so good and proud of what we have accomplished. Good luck and move it!! |
