About me:
I've always struggled with my weight from around being age 10. I lost a lot of weight at the age of 15-16 but have piled it all back on again after being in a abusive relationship. I've decided that I want to really get down to my ideal weight now... so I'm going to try hard... I have lost around a stone after my last break up, bringing me to 15.10, I lost another 9 pound on WW the last 7 weeks.
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet people who have lost weight with ideas and tips, people trying to lose weight who can help me (and i can help/support them).
People who have a problem with food who can help me over come mine too.
Diet:
I've cut out chocolate and crisps from my diet as they were a big part before. Weight Watchers.
Exercise:
Walking Gym Exercise classes.

Hey u, glad to see your back again.  It is funny I was looking at your profile quite recently.  I just stay focused and keep exercising and counting calories always aiming to burn more then I consume! What a riot, eh?  It pays off though and then once I am in maintain mode I will have a little more freedom.  You can do it just journal what you eat and exercise and you will reach  your goals!
