About me:
I'm a single mom that went back to school and gained a degree. I am proud of that. I'm not so proud of other things I've gained....my weight. I dropped some weight and was feeling really good but have slipped into the same pattern again. I'm hoping by meeting some friends online that understands the experience, will help keep me motivated and I can help motivate them. |
Who I hope to meet:
I'm in hopes of meeting some buddies that like to talk about experiences, laughs and who knows about the ups and the downfalls of weight loss. |
Diet:
Trying the "old school" way. Eat less (and better) and move more. But open for new ideas. |
Exercise:
I have a gazelle...low impact on my bad back. |
