About me:
Hi all, I am 32 years of age living in UK. I currently weigh 20 stone 7lbs and I can't understand how I got myself into this situation.
I am fed up feeling depressed over my weight and since getting married and looking at my photos I really want to lose this weight. My new husband would also prefer me to be thinner for health reasons so its now or never. I haven't decided what diet plan to go on as yet so looking at a number of options. At the moment I am calorie counting, combined with exercise every day.

Its time to not play with my life anymore!! I am with a wonderful man, zaki, who fortunately loves me for who I am but due to a recent health scare would like to see me a few stone lighter. I am fed up it getting me down all the time and my goal would be to lose around 11 stone for my height, it seems alot wrote here but I am going to take it bit by bit instead of looking far ahead. I want to be fit to go shopping without worrying "do they have my size in that?"!! Most of the time i feel so down regarding my weight and lacking in confidence that i wonder what happened along the way and why did i let myself go. I tend to comfort eat when I am feeling sad and lonely. So now I have looked to the route of the problem and its time to do something about it. I know I can do it with help from you wonderful people.
Who I hope to meet:
I would like to meet people in the same similar situation and share diet tips along the way. Whether you had a good week or bad week I will always be here for a chat or a bit of encouragement, i think we all need that.

Weightwatchers online
Exercise:
I am trying to do 20mins on cross trainer 10 mins on weights and 15 mins on rower 3 days a week
