Thanks for the note!! I am starting to feel better..my throat is now just hurting. I am going to try and start working out this week! I hope my throat won't start hurting too bad from all the breathing I'm going to be doing!! Well, take care and talk to you later!!

hey lisa!!! Its goin great, I weighed myself this morning and it still said i lost four pounds so i put it on my tracker!!! I am goin to start trying to fit in more cals because im not even gettin to 1000 even though i eat all day!! any advice on how to fit some healthy cals in my diet???? Hows it goin for you????

Hey Lisa!!

I am glad you wanted to be my buddy, I think we are in the same boat. I am at the heaviest I have ever been...I don't show my weight tracker because I am ashamed of it. I was thinking about taking that Alli..but I get scared to take diet pills..and I don't know if it would react with my birth control and what not. But hopefully we can keep in contact and motivate each other to keep going!!!
