About me:
I spend most of the day sitting behind a computer and must therefore put in extra effort to get some excercise. Let me tell you, if you sit behind a desk all day and don't exercise, you can't even fall asleep in the evening, even though you're worn out mentally.
Who I hope to meet:
People in a similar situation.
Diet:
Balanced& low hassle. My weaknes:eating late before going to sleep. My diet is based on avoiding it.
