About me:
I am 24 and a nursing student in michigan. I live with my finace and our dog. I only have a year left in college and I will have a BSN. I can’t wait to finish college and start the job of my dreams. I am planning on going into OB / Women’s Health.

I have been struggling with my weight since I was in junior high. I have always been the "fat" friend and to this day I always look around the room to see if I am the heaviest.... I am trying not only to lose weight but to make myself feel better.

hey, no worries at all! have fun on your run! i just got back from a hot yoga class with my friend and it felt really nice.. while it's 5 bucks a class I'm thinking it might be worth it to do it at least once a week, on top of my regular gym and biking/occasional jogging.  How far do you run, and for how long?  for my b12, I've been taking supplements as well - just make sure you get the right dosage (ie: I bought some last year for 200mcg which I later found out didn't do anything at all for me - I needed 1000mcg) so just find out how much it is that you need, in case you haven't already! i feel the difference slightly but i think it also comes with not fully depriving myself of sleep, and eating well.. everything in harmony, i suppose! so, hope you're having a good day :)
