About me:
I'm 25 years old and have been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager. When I turned 20 I reached my heaviest weight of 170. After that I knew it was time for a change, it took a while but eventually I lost 30lbs and kept it off. Now after almost 2 years of staying between 135 and 140 I am ready to reach my ultimate goal. |

I'm happy to have ran across someone who wants to be buddies who has similar goals as myself. I'm 145 looking at a goal of 125. Any tips or tricks on how you got so far? |
